As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. EMAILS

We understand that the best method of contact for clients to book an appointment is via email. This information is stored on our email database with access only by members of staff at Hunter House Clinic. We will only respond to clients using a legitimate email source. We will not be held responsible for any information breach due to clients storing emails sent by us and stored in their own email inboxes (This can be a business email or personal email).

DATA COLLECTED AT THE CLINIC

Contact Information Within our clinic, we typically, gather contact information, such as your name, phone and email contact details etc. None of this information will be used, without your express permission at the time of providing the information. Especially, we will not use it for any marketing purpose without your prior signed authorisation. We will not share any of your information with anyone outside the clinic unless specified in this privacy policy. Medical Information Should you choose to have a medical aesthetic treatment we will ask you specific information about your medical history. This is used purely to assess your suitability for the treatment you are intending to have. This is not shared with any other parties.
